Uninstalling Clerk.io on Other / Custom Platforms

To uninstall Clerk.io from your webshop, you’ll need to remove the  Visitor Tracking and Order Tracking scripts you originally added.

Next, you’ll need to remove the Order Tracking script from your custom platform webshop.

When you installed Clerk.io, you likely added Order Tracking to either a tracking script module or an order confirmation page within your theme files, or a tracking module in your store. Just like Visitor Tracking, you’ll simply need to remove the Order Tracking script from the theme file.
