How Clerk.io Indexes Keywords

Our Importer takes in all the product-texts and any attributes you send us when you do an import.

• sku, color, size, metrics,..

We then go through all the texts and figure out which keywords are important for those products (and filter away stop words).

The importance of keywords is then measured based on how unique a word is for that product compared to other products, while also taking into account how popular a product is.

Checking Keywords for Products

To check what keywords are used for a product, go to Inspect Data and select a product.  Scroll down the page where you will find a section for Keywords.
